Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Real Estate (Remote)

About the role

We are a leading Miami luxury real estate team seeking a creative, bilingual Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our online presence and elevate our luxury brand. This fully remote role is based in Colombia and focuses on social media, digital campaigns, graphic design, and AI‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) including content calendars, posting, and community engagement.
• Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Canva and similar tools, ensuring alignment with luxury branding.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, paid ads on Meta, Google and YouTube, and email newsletters.
• Utilize AI tools for content planning, copywriting, scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing or related fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
