Marketing Designer (Freelance)

About the role

Qdrant, an open‑source vector search engine, is seeking a freelance Marketing Designer to shape its visual identity across multiple marketing channels. You will work remotely with the design team, leveraging AI‑driven tools to create high‑impact assets while maintaining strong fundamentals in typography, spacing, and color.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine internal AI tools and workflows that scale visual direction across the team.
• Design compelling visuals for campaigns, social media, blog posts, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Create and update website pages and campaign‑specific landing pages.
• Produce banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other performance‑marketing assets.
• Design eye‑catching graphics and layouts for email campaigns.
• Prepare slide decks, booth designs, and printed materials for events and conferences.
• Ensure all marketing visuals stay aligned with Qdrant’s brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience designing marketing assets, websites, or both, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
• Daily use of creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, Claude) with portfolio examples.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user interaction, and fast, high‑quality execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and an established design system.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑generated imagery tools such as Midjourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, Claude.
