Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Growth Manager will design, execute and optimise strategic marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness and retention for US‑based clients. This role blends high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on campaign execution, funnel development and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase lead generation, acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with business owners and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support company objectives.
• Research industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities to inform growth tactics.
• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, webinars, events and special promotions.
• Create detailed campaign timelines, project plans and execution strategies.
• Coordinate deliverables across teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise for better results.
• Build and maintain marketing automation systems and sales funnels.
• Report on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
