Marketing Lead – Americas

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer, driving both infrastructure and consumer‑facing AI product growth across the Americas. This fully remote, high‑ownership role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and ship social content across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and more.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for both the AIVM infrastructure and consumer AI products.
• Design, run and iterate growth campaigns from experiment design through measurement.
• Track market trends and turn cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
• Produce and direct short‑form video content, including launch videos and UGC‑style pieces.
• Set up AI‑driven automations to improve the marketing team’s workflow.

Required profile

• Well‑rounded marketer with experience in go‑to‑market, growth, content, social, SEO and PR.
• Creative thinker who can generate ideas and execute them independently.
• Fluent in both Web3 and Web2 tech culture, able to speak to crypto‑native and mainstream audiences.
• Deep knowledge of platform dynamics on X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Daily user of AI tools and ability to build AI‑based automations.
• Experience scaling consumer products, especially AI‑focused, for B2B and B2C.

What we offer

• Direct line to the CMO with real influence over market strategy.
• Fully remote work with flexible PTO based on trust and tenure.
• Opportunities to earn through IDO, whitelabel and employee referrals.
• Access to all necessary software and tools.
• Career growth with internal promotions and a supportive open‑door culture.
