Marketing Lead – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

An early-stage, AI-powered learning company is hiring a Marketing Lead to build and run its marketing strategy, raise market awareness, generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. The role is remote and open to LATAM candidates with a strong C1 English level. It is hands-on and high ownership, working closely with the founder and the business development lead.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B marketing and go-to-market strategy, starting with creative agencies
• Run demand-generation campaigns that produce qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Define brand positioning, messaging and content that differentiates the company
• Showcase the flagship product through campaigns, demonstrations and real-world use cases
• Work with business development on targeting, campaigns, sales materials and pipeline growth
• Manage marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email and the website
• Set marketing priorities, performance metrics and processes for sustainable growth

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Lead; EdTech background strongly preferred
• Proven B2B marketing experience, especially demand generation, positioning and go-to-market execution
• Ability to link marketing to qualified leads and revenue
• Experience in early-stage startups or building marketing with limited resources
• C1 or above written and verbal English

Required skills

• Strong storytelling, writing and creative campaign development
• Understanding of the creative agency market and its purchasing drivers
• Familiarity with AI tools, creative technology or content production is a plus
• Learning and development or EdTech experience is a plus
