Marketing Manager

About the role

Pax & Beneficia, a specialty coffee brand that sells coffee, house‑made syrups, runs cafés and an online store, is looking for a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Brand & Growth Director, you will translate strategic direction into concrete marketing plans, briefs, schedules and campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered on time and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing execution: create plans, assign tasks, unblock obstacles and ship campaigns.
• Maintain the master calendar for product launches, café promotions, events, social and email content.
• Develop launch briefs by gathering operational details from internal stakeholders.
• Manage contractors and vendors – brief, assign, review, give feedback and ensure quality.
• Write, edit and approve daily copy for social, email, ads, web and headlines while protecting brand voice.
• Run social publishing, support e‑commerce marketing and coordinate event promotion and logistics.
• Report weekly and monthly on performance, insights and next steps.

Required profile

• Exceptional written English with a keen eye for persuasive, authentic copy.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to own deadlines and build efficient systems.
• Decisive and comfortable making routine decisions without constant supervision.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign structure and execution.

• Copywriting and editing for digital channels.
• Project management and calendar coordination.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Social media publishing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic e‑commerce marketing knowledge.
