Marketing Manager

About the role

Atlas Bench, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Atlassian solutions. The role combines strategic planning with creative execution to position the company as a reference partner in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy for Atlassian products and Atlas Bench services.
• Plan and run campaigns across social media, webinars, email, and digital channels, defining messaging, target audiences, and objectives.
• Create high‑quality content such as case studies, whitepapers, product guides, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing, events, and strategic networking.
• Organize and manage webinars, conferences, and other events, handling logistics and follow‑up communications.
• Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities.
• Develop educational resources and enablement materials for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on‑site in Chico Norte.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing within the SaaS or IT industry.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) is a plus.
