Marketing Manager – Personal Care LATAM

About the role

As a Marketing Manager for Personal Care in LATAM, you will support the creation of new business opportunities by monitoring markets, customers and competitors, and by developing client‑focused presentations that align with emerging trends and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse LATAM and global market data to propose innovative concepts for clients.
• Monitor new product launches locally and globally, identify trends and initiate proactive projects.
• Develop and lead creative workshops for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver presentations on trends and technological innovations to regional clients.
• Provide up‑to‑date market information to commercial and technical teams.
• Support marketing research projects, including category behaviour analyses and qualitative studies.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team to meet company and client requirements.
• Assist the sales team in promoting Givaudan’s image and product portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or similar roles.
• Strong ability to write copy and create social‑media content in line with corporate brand standards.
• Experience developing compelling presentations for clients.
