Marketing Operations Manager – HubSpot & AI Focus

About the role

WRS Health is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to design and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will build repeatable, measurable marketing systems using HubSpot, AI‑driven automation, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and healthcare IT trends.
• Create AI‑powered workflows for lead scoring, content generation, audience segmentation, chatbots, and campaign personalization.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and attribution modeling to forecast pipeline and measure channel effectiveness.
• Manage HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) including automation workflows, data hygiene, and performance reporting.
• Optimize email programs, forms, landing pages, and website experiences to increase conversion rates and lead generation.
• Lead marketing operations projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑assisted workflows (predictive lead scoring, AI content tools, chatbots).
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R for marketing data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution, predictive analytics, and machine‑learning concepts.
