Marketing Performance Manager

About the role

The Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for driving conversion on recurly.com through continuous optimization, personalization, and AI‑powered conversational marketing. The role sits in Marketing Operations and partners with Content, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, Sales, SDR, and RevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Own conversion rate optimization, personalization, and A/B testing across the website.
• Design, build, and analyze conversational marketing flows using Qualified (chat and AI SDR).
• Provide analytics, performance reporting, and data‑driven recommendations to improve pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of CRO, growth, or marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring A/B tests that deliver measurable conversion gains.

Required skills

• GA4 configuration, custom events, explorations, and data quality troubleshooting.
• Google Tag Manager architecture, tags, triggers, variables, and consent‑aware setup.
• Dashboard creation in Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Salesforce funnel metrics and campaign management.
• Contentful CMS personalization and testing capabilities.
• Experience with Marketo, 6sense, OneTrust, Wrike or equivalent martech tools.
• SQL or BigQuery for self‑service data extraction.
