Social Media Manager (AI Influencer)

About the role

TradeQuo Global is seeking a creative Social Media Manager (AI Influencer) to design and scale a network of AI‑generated virtual influencers across multiple regions and platforms. You will build personas from scratch, produce AI‑driven content, and drive audience growth in diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent AI influencer personas, including appearance, voice, backstory and communication tone.
• Build and scale a network of AI influencers for key regions such as Asia, Latin America and MENA.
• Produce AI‑generated short‑form and long‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Create AI voices, audio, lip‑sync and multilingual dubbing for localized content.
• Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube and related platforms.
• Design content calendars, publishing schedules and community‑engagement strategies.
• Adapt scripts, hooks and creative concepts to local languages and cultural nuances.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions) and optimise content accordingly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools for video, image and voice production.
• Familiarity with short‑form video trends, platform algorithms and viral hooks.
• Ability to create and iterate virtual personas quickly using effective prompts.
• Strong written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working with rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Required skills

• AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling or HeyGen.
• AI image tools like Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo or Stable Diffusion.
• AI voice/audio platforms such as ElevenLabs.
• AI content and scripting tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalents.
