Marketing Product Manager – Cochlear Implants Systems

About the role

Cochlear is seeking a Marketing Product Manager for its Cochlear Implants Systems to lead portfolio growth and market positioning across Latin America. The role combines strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to bring innovative hearing solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional portfolio of Nucleus cochlear implants and sound processors, supporting product lifecycle decisions and commercial growth.
• Lead regional product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful market introductions.
• Develop customer segmentation, value propositions and differentiated product messaging aligned with regional business priorities.
• Build business cases, assess market opportunities and contribute to pricing strategies and portfolio optimization.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across LATAM.
• Serve as a regional technical and commercial expert, developing product training and sales enablement materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in strategic business management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or related commercial roles with a proven track record of delivering business results.
• Strong experience in product positioning, go‑to‑market strategies, product launches and portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of LATAM market dynamics and regional business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability for domestic and international travel up to 40% of the time.
