Marketing & Proposal Coordinator (Bilingual)

About the role

As a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator you will drive revenue by executing precise marketing campaigns and delivering high‑quality proposals. Working remotely, you will support brand presence, improve conversion rates, and ensure all marketing and proposal outputs meet professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor automated email and newsletter campaigns, guaranteeing 100% monthly contact coverage.
• Coordinate social‑media scheduling and content distribution across channels.
• Maintain, clean and segment the marketing database for optimal targeting.
• Lead proposal formatting, layout, graphic presentation and final QA/QC to ensure timely delivery.
• Update and manage templates, presentations and branded materials for consistency.
• Support Asana pipeline maintenance, lead tracking and outreach documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Proactive ownership mindset – identify gaps, improve processes and act without detailed direction.
• Strong attention to detail, design sense and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
