Marketing Specialist - Andean Region

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Marketing Specialist based in Colombia to run marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, customer relationships and distributor activation across the Andean region. The role connects regional priorities with actions that create business opportunities, working with Marketing, Sales, business units and distributors teams. It reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager Latam.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the regional marketing plan with commercial and marketing teams in Latin America, tailoring global and regional campaigns to each market.
• Coordinate digital and face-to-face plans to attract prospects and move them toward business opportunities, supporting campaigns in life sciences, food and beverage, water and oil and gas.
• Work with distributors on joint campaigns, share marketing content and tools, and monitor joint-plan results.
• Organize events, webinars and technical conferences, managing calls, content, suppliers and logistics, with clear goals and follow-up with Sales.
• Support campaigns on smart devices, software and control, and on industrial modernization, service adoption and contract renewal.
• Monitor campaign performance, keep data updated in corporate tools, prepare reports on participation, demand generation, conversion and pipeline contribution, and manage the assigned budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; intermediate English, able to talk with regional and global teams.
• Preferred: a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferred: about 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing or demand generation, preferably in technology, automation, manufacturing or industrial solutions.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, business events, and working with commercial teams and distribution channels.

Required skills

• CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Lead generation, segmentation and tracking; ability to analyze campaign indicators and prepare reports.
• Digital marketing, email marketing and B2B content adaptation.
• Data analysis tools and presentations.
