Marketing specialist - SEO, AI & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will combine SEO expertise, AI‑driven content creation, and social media management to boost our digital presence and generate qualified leads. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with innovative tools while supporting a fast‑growing service organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper) for content creation, marketing automation and workflow efficiency.
• Create, schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor website performance, SEO metrics and marketing analytics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO best practices.
• Produce and optimise website copy, blog posts and other marketing materials.
• Support lead‑generation campaigns and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in AI, SEO, digital marketing and social media.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or social media management.
• Proven ability to use AI tools for content creation and automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience supporting lead generation and online brand growth.
