About the role

The Martell Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support its marketing and content teams. This remote, contractor position will handle day‑to‑day operational tasks, allowing senior marketers to focus on strategy and growth. The role is ideal for someone with a basic marketing background who enjoys keeping projects moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the execution and coordination of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.
• Publish content across social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting assets.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and track deliverables.
• Enter data, generate reports, and document processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and suggest efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.

• Located in Latin America and available during North American business hours.
