Media Advertising Operations Associate

About the role

As a Media Advertising Operations Associate you will drive the success of paid media campaigns for leading brands, ensuring flawless implementation, continuous optimisation and detailed performance monitoring across major advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and DV360.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data‑driven adjustments to improve visibility, lead quality and conversions.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align targeting, bidding and creative assets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital advertising campaign management.
• Proven ability to optimise bidding strategies and interpret performance data.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data‑analysis tools for reporting.
