About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter to join our team at GHL Hoteles in Bogotá. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly while supporting food‑and‑beverage sales across various hotel areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive service to guests in different hotel environments.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
- Promote and sell food and beverage items, contributing to revenue goals.
- Apply basic service techniques and prepare simple cocktails according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
- Work rotating shifts as required by hotel operations.
Required profile
- Technical or vocational education (graduated).
- Availability to work flexible, rotating schedules.
- Strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
Required skills
- Basic service techniques.
- Basic mixology (cocktail preparation).
