Microsoft Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

SoftwareOne, a global provider of software and cloud solutions present in over 70 countries, is looking for a Microsoft Cybersecurity Analyst. The role supports the administration, monitoring and operation of security tools, data protection solutions and device management in corporate environments, within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security events using Microsoft Sentinel.
• Manage devices and security policies through Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and maintain information protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls using Microsoft Purview.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents, requests and operational activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure service security and continuity.

Required profile

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of device management and administration using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, especially Information Protection and DLP.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with schedule flexibility depending on service or customer needs.

Required certifications

• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
