Mid Backend Software Engineer

About the role

At Coforge we are hiring a Mid Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native backend services on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native backend services and distributed systems on AWS.
• Build scalable, high‑performance, and resilient applications using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate APIs using GraphQL with Netflix DGS.
• Work with MongoDB Atlas and Aurora MySQL to create reliable and efficient data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality backend solutions and influence technical decisions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in backend‑focused software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience building and operating large‑scale, high‑performance, resilient systems on a major cloud platform.
