Mid-Market Strategy & Product Management Manager – LAC

About the role

The Manager, Mid-Market Strategy & Product Management, LAC will lead the development and execution of Mastercard’s Mid‑Market strategy across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will shape the segment narrative, identify growth opportunities and translate customer needs into scalable solutions that drive adoption of Mastercard’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Mastercard’s Mid‑Market strategy across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Define customer archetypes, segment priorities, value propositions and growth opportunities.
• Build narrative, messaging and strategic framework to support market expansion and adoption.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform decisions.
• Support development, piloting and commercialization of products and solutions for Mid‑Market customers.
• Partner with Global Product teams to evaluate, adapt and launch new capabilities regionally.
• Collaborate with Partnerships teams to assess third‑party solutions that enhance the offering.
• Maintain visibility of strategic opportunities, pilots and commercialization efforts across the region.
• Work with market teams and Account Managers to prioritize and advance growth opportunities.
• Deliver executive presentations, demonstrations and workshops to support customer engagements.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in Mid‑Market or corporate ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with a track record of developing and executing market strategies.
• Ability to monitor and interpret market trends and competitive dynamics.
