Mid/Senior Print Designer (Editorial Expert)

About the role

Assemble is looking for freelance print and digital production designers in Colombia and Costa Rica to join its Assemble Certified Vendor Program, an exclusive talent network in Latin America for project-based creative production for international brands. The work is 100% remote and focuses on print technical details such as pre-press and editorial.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare files for printing (CMYK, bleeds, crop marks, file packaging) and carry out a technical review of final mechanical files.
• Adapt assets from existing templates while respecting brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Produce print ads, editorial material, magazines, newspapers, brochures and other print materials.
• Adapt digital assets, static banners and other graphics when required by the project.
• Review every file before delivery to ensure quality and technical compliance.
• Work with high production volumes and meet tight turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in print production and pre-press; profiles focused only on social media or digital content without print experience will not be considered.
• Exceptional attention to detail, good organization and a collaborative spirit for remote work.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Availability of 4 to 6 hours per day, including afternoon and evening hours, with a maximum log-off time of 1:00 AM.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory).
• Figma knowledge.
• Basic Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for adjustments and short video edits.
• Pluses: Google Web Designer, After Effects/Lottie, or print media specifications.
