Mobilisation Senior Lead - Loyalty & CRM

About the role

dunnhumby, a global Customer Data Science company, is looking for a Mobilisation Senior Lead within its Loyalty & CRM team. You will deploy one of dunnhumby's leading Loyalty and Personalisation platforms for global retail clients, partnering with Product, Engineering, client stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to launch, acting as a trusted partner for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and internal teams to understand priorities, constraints and implementation requirements.
• Deploy the Loyalty and Personalisation platform with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Configure and support platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements aligned to business needs.
• Develop implementation documentation, training materials and enablement programmes for clients and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing best practice.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technology platform implementations, product deployments or large-scale business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
• Ability to navigate complex delivery programmes and balance priorities, risks and timelines.
• Excellent spoken and written English, as the role involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
