NetSuite ERP Administrator (Remote – Latin America)

About the role

This remote position supports a confidential U.S.-based organization by managing and enhancing its NetSuite ERP platform. The role blends technical administration with business process improvement to drive operational efficiency across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of the NetSuite environment, ensuring stability and performance.
• Configure and enhance workflows, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, customizations, and overall system functionality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reporting tools for business insights.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide advanced user support.
• Support integrations and guarantee reliable data flow between NetSuite and other business systems.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and data accuracy.
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects and document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering and supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and platform customization.
• Knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and ERP best practices.
• Experience with integrations and business‑critical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated professional able to work with minimal supervision.
