Network Services Engineer

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced network professional to design, implement, and support local and wide‑area network solutions for its customers. You will work across the full solution lifecycle, from proof‑of‑concept to go‑live and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement LAN/WAN, IP, and VoIP solutions using multiple platforms and protocols.
• Troubleshoot network issues, coordinate vendor installations of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Lead project planning, cost analysis, and proof‑of‑concept builds for complex network architectures.
• Review project requirements, communicate them to the team, and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Core switching, routing, MPLS, firewalls.
• Routers, networking controllers, bridges, networking software.
• Experience with ACI, SDN, BDP, OSPF, MP‑FBP EVPN, VXLAN, VPC.
