About the role
Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks in a complex, multi‑vendor environment. The role involves rapid problem‑solving, emergency changes, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute routine network changes and configuration updates.
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolution and user support.
- Monitor network performance, maintain security policies, and ensure component reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers, service engineers, and end customers to communicate status and outcomes.
Required profile
- 2+ years of networking experience with proven troubleshooting, switching, and routing skills.
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a growth orientation.
Required skills
- Troubleshooting, switching, routing
- Network security and WAN
- ITIL working knowledge
- CCNP certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with BGP, SDN (Cisco ACI), Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, NSX
- Automation using Ansible
