New Business Project Manager (Pitch Project Manager)

About the role

Brandtech+ (formerly OLIVER+), a creative production agency within the Brandtech Group, is hiring a New Business Project Manager (also called Pitch Project Manager) for its Central New Business Team. The role leads end-to-end pitch delivery across new business bids, RFPs, client-facing campaign pitches and cross-market opportunities, from brief to final submission. It is a remote position based in Colombia, with English proficiency required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of pitches, from brief receipt through to final submission.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource schedules so workstreams stay on track.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, production and senior leadership teams, and act as the main PM contact for internal stakeholders with regular status updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and propose practical solutions.
• Manage pitch budgets at project level, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation, and negotiate with freelancers and production partners.
• Maintain and improve pitch management tools, templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams across markets on cross-market pitches, accounting for different time zones and requirements.
• Use generative AI tools and agentic thinking to streamline workflows and improve documentation.

Required profile

• Demonstrable project management experience in an agency, in-house studio or new business environment, with 5+ years in similar roles.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and to brief.
• Experience owning pitch processes end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pitches and shift between strategic oversight and detailed execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and sufficient familiarity with creative and production workflows.
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools, including designing AI-assisted workflows for a team, and a rigorous approach to human oversight and quality control.

Required skills

• Project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or Smartsheet.
• Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Managing project-level production budgets, supplier negotiation and financial reconciliation.
• Professional proficiency in English.
