Operational Compliance Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group, a staffing, technology and operational solutions provider for the logistics and transportation industry, is hiring an Operational Compliance Analyst for a hybrid position in Barranquilla. The analyst supports the coordination and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Contribute to risk management and KPI analysis.
• Take part in internal audits and documentation control.
• Follow up on findings and corrective actions across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks and management systems.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management and/or Information Security.
• Experience with tools and software for Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Risk-based thinking, continuous improvement, KPI tracking, data analysis and management reporting.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, stakeholder management and teamwork.
