Operations & Field Technical Support Analyst

About the role

Verifone, a global provider of electronic payment systems, is looking for an Operations & Field Technical Support Analyst in Colombia. As the sole point of contact for the operational-administrative coordination and field technical support of Verifone's operations in Colombia, the role combines billing, inventory management and vendor relationship management with terminal repair support, field service support and client service reporting. The analyst coordinates technical service, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of company products at an outsourced repair center, acting as a technical bridge between the company and its vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Billing management with clients and vendors (e.g., Redeban, Contaudi, Logytech Colombia)
• Inventory coordination (e.g., annual inventory with Logytech / GT Group) and internal billing follow-up and reconciliation with accounting
• Operational and administrative coordination with BCS / RDN and other clients
• Manage RSA key requests for terminals and provide technical support for terminal installation, configuration and incident resolution in Colombia
• Prepare and submit weekly service reports to clients (e.g., BAC HN, BAC GT, LG CNS, FGS, BCS)
• Follow up and escalate SLAs with vendors, with technical justification when applicable

Required profile

• Previous experience in field technical support or payment terminal maintenance (2+ years preferred)
• Experience in administrative processes, billing and vendor management
• Strong organizational skills to manage a technical and an administrative function at once
• Clear, proactive communication with internal and external clients
• Ability to produce timely, accurate reports and to judge which cases need formal escalation versus direct resolution
• Availability for field activities when required

Required skills

• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the RSA key request process and the Premier Portal
• Established troubleshooting procedures for mechanical, hardware, software or system failures
