Operations Project Manager - LATAM PMO

About the role

NIQ is looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join its LATAM PMO team. You will own and lead end-to-end operational projects and programs across multiple countries, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation, process improvements and business transformation. The role covers planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery of complex projects, aligned with business objectives, timelines, quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure, developing plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, resolve issues and monitor performance, communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Drive change management initiatives and manage documentation, status reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence through process optimization and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading complex initiatives.
• PMP certification is required.
• Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries and with multicultural teams.
• Proven experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management and process improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum and/or PDCA methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and project planning tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
