Outbound Sales Representative (Spanish‑bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Outbound Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process. You will lead outbound outreach through high‑volume calls, texts, and emails while keeping our CRM organized and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound cold calling to generate leads, pitch services, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute timely multi‑channel follow‑ups via phone, SMS, and email.
• Assist in gathering preliminary information for insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records and update lead status in real‑time within HubSpot/CRM platforms.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization, and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation.
• Highly resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication with strong active listening.
• Meticulous attention to detail for data entry and pipeline tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with power dialer/auto‑dialer software.
