Paid Media Manager – Full‑Stack Ad Program Management

About the role

GrowthMasters, a growth agency serving elite US companies, is seeking a senior Paid Media Manager to act as the de‑facto marketing director for one to two flagship accounts in real estate and services. This remote, full‑time position will lead strategy, execution, and reporting across all paid‑media funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own full‑funnel paid‑media strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, audience architecture, bidding, and creative testing.
• Build and launch campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Display), and LinkedIn (matched audiences, lead‑gen forms, ABM lists).
• Direct creative production, brief writers/designers, and iterate winning assets.
• Maintain tracking integrity (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) and own performance dashboards.
• Provide weekly performance reports to senior leadership and coordinate approvals with clients and external partners.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of hands‑on paid‑media experience, primarily in agency settings.
• Proven track record managing $50K+ monthly budgets across multiple accounts.
• Experience presenting to founders/CMOs and managing client relationships end‑to‑end.
• Deep fluency in Meta (including special ad categories), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• AI‑first mindset, using automation tools to accelerate data ingestion, creative generation, and campaign scaling.
