Paid Media Performance Specialist (Trafficker/SEO)

About the role

Tambourine is seeking a bilingual Performance Specialist to join its media team in Bogotá. You will develop, launch, and optimise paid media and SEO campaigns for hospitality and tourism clients, driving measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage budgets and bids to maximise ROI.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on‑page optimisation, technical audits and local directory management.
• Track organic performance, analyse website analytics and stay current with algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience managing paid media and SEO projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
