Paid Social Analyst

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Paid Social Analyst to drive execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance to meet KPIs and business objectives.
• Perform ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency, conversions, and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare performance reports and post‑campaign analyses.
• Conduct account audits and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support campaign success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other paid social platforms.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Understanding of paid media KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and frequency.
• English level B2+ or higher.
