Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads)

About the role

A remote Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads) is sought to create, manage and optimise ad campaigns for a diverse client base. The role requires strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and the Meta Business Suite, client-facing work and a results-driven approach. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM CST.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and run 20+ ad accounts
• Create ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection
• Analyse performance data, present detailed reports to clients and give data-driven optimisation recommendations
• Collaborate with clients on goals, audiences and budgets, and check ad quality, targeting and landing page links
• Boost organic content on client pages
• Install and configure Meta Pixels via Google Tag Manager, define custom conversions and troubleshoot pixel issues
• Build and manage custom audiences and client lists from pixel data
• Work with internal marketing, development and creative teams, and stay current with Meta's advertising practices

Required profile

• 3-4 years in Facebook advertising campaign management
• Experience managing Meta Ads for multiple clients
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
• Experience running video ads; familiarity with other channels such as Google Ads is a plus
