Panadero – Bakery Production Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Panadero to join our bakery team in Bogota. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality bakery items that support our Sky Dining and Airport Dining services across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee technical conditions and timely delivery of bakery products at assigned service points.
- Follow the schedule sheet and specifications set by your immediate leader.
- Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required.
- Handle raw materials, inputs and supplies efficiently, minimizing waste.
- Maintain organoleptic quality of all products in process.
- Prepare a variety of bakery items (bread, pastries, puff pastry) according to established processes.
- Participate actively in daily management meetings and complete the area logbook.
