About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Panadero to join our food production team supporting airline and airport catering operations. The role ensures accurate order verification, smooth production flow, and timely delivery of baked goods to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify airline and industrial order information, paying close attention to requested quantities.
• Communicate order details to the production team and ensure delivery to the holding box on schedule.
• Hand over shift information to the incoming supervisor, reporting any incidents or changes.
• Prepare production banks and guarantee that cold rooms are left organized and clean at shift end.
• Update, print, distribute and monitor execution of VPS documents to confirm tasks are completed on time.
• Identify re‑processing or over‑production, report across departments and help develop corrective action plans.
• Track internal delivery agreements between areas to meet KRT targets.
• Verify proper use of raw materials, supplies and inputs to minimise waste.
