About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bogota. In this role you will help ensure that our manufacturing and culinary operations run smoothly, supporting our mission to deliver high‑quality airline and airport catering services across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met on time and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including culinary, logistics and aviation support to align schedules and resources.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to senior management.
