PANADERO

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated PANADERO to join our bakery operations in Bogota. The role supports our airline and airport catering services by ensuring accurate order processing, production coordination and timely delivery of baked goods.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify airline and industrial order information, paying close attention to requested quantities.
• Communicate order details to the production team and ensure delivery to the holding box on schedule.
• Hand over shift information to the incoming supervisor, reporting any incidents.
• Organize production banks and keep cold rooms clean and orderly at shift end.
• Update, print, distribute and monitor execution of VPS documents to confirm tasks are completed on time.
• Identify re‑processing or over‑production of food items and coordinate corrective actions across departments.
• Track internal delivery agreements between areas to meet KRT targets.
• Verify proper use of raw materials, supplies and inventory to minimise waste.
