Part-Time Remote Graphic Designer

About the role

Rose Talent Solutions is recruiting a part-time (20 hours per week) remote Graphic Designer for a U.S. marketing agency that provides concierge-style creative for clients across many industries. The role sits at the intersection of design and content: creating on-brand graphics, carousels, decks and short-form digital media, and drafting the copy that goes with them. It also includes light office management such as inbox handling, client communications and file organization. The agency owner is looking for a self-starter who can take a brief and deliver independently, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Design on-brand digital assets: social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentation and proposal decks, and web content.
• Produce dynamic content formats such as carousels, infographics, reels and other short-form digital media.
• Maintain brand consistency across each client's guidelines while working with several brands.
• Manage and organize the agency inbox, flagging items that need the owner's attention.
• Handle client communications professionally and keep project files and assets organized.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showing graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• A knack for writing clear, snappy copy that complements visuals.
• Versatility: able to balance structured design projects with fast-paced social content needs.
• Reliable self-starter who takes initial guidance and delivers independently from concept to final.
• Keen eye for detail: visual polish, brand alignment and layout precision.
• Located in an EST timezone country (for example Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama).
