Part-Time Remote Visual Content Designer

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time (20 hours/week) remote Visual Content Designer to join a U.S. marketing agency that creates concierge‑style creative for a diverse client base. The role blends design and copywriting, delivering on‑brand graphics, carousels, decks, and short‑form digital media while also supporting light office management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand digital assets such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and web content.
• Create dynamic formats including carousels, infographics, reels, and other short‑form media.
• Write clear, engaging copy to accompany designs, turning briefs into polished posts.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client guidelines and voices.
• Manage the agency inbox, flag important items for the owner, and handle client communications professionally.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, visual hierarchy).
• Self‑starter who can take a brief and deliver from concept to final without step‑by‑step direction.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for visual polish and brand alignment.
• Comfortable working independently in an EST‑timezone country.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Canva for rapid design production.
• Ability to craft concise, snappy copy that complements visual messaging.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
