Video Editor & Creative Specialist

About the role

RECODemand is seeking a Video Editor & Creative Fulfillment Specialist to produce high‑quality webinar videos and presentation assets for real‑estate and mortgage clients. The role blends video editing, presentation design, and client‑focused creative production in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Edit professional video content for webinars, presentations and marketing materials, adding transitions, graphics, audio enhancements and visual effects.
• Create and customize PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva presentations that align with client branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Fulfillment Team members to deliver client projects on time and maintain RECODemand’s branding standards.
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic or presentation design.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to receive feedback, collaborate with a team and continuously learn new tools.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (video editing software).
• Canva, Google Slides or PowerPoint (presentation design tools).
