Partner Sourcing - Talent Services

About the role

Sanofi's Global Talent Services function, part of the Hubs organisation, is looking for a Partner Sourcing within its Talent Services Americas Sourcing team. The role identifies and attracts top-tier talent to meet the hiring needs of Sanofi's HUBs, which host key strategic operations such as Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more. It works closely with TA Partners, the TA Lead and hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines aligned to technical and specialised skills by proactively identifying target candidates through channels such as social media and professional networks
• Sourcing for key roles across the region and keeping a healthy pipeline going
• Create engaging recruitment emails for prospect candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and support sourcing of external candidates
• Maintain and engage with a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Support the Sourcing lead in managing relationships with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels
• Act as first point of contact for hiring managers and recruiters when engaging prospects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Significant experience in Colombia's Talent Acquisition Sourcing role, with knowledge of local employment market dynamics
• Experience in GBS (Global Business Services) organisations is an added advantage
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardisation across multiple locations
• Exceptional record of sourcing for pharma profiles
• Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
• English and Spanish

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and social media networks
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems
• Communication, negotiation and sourcing skills
