Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Services

About the role

Sanofi Hubs is a global centre of excellence delivering centralised services across Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital and R&D. Within the Global Talent Services function, this Talent Acquisition Partner role covers North America and Canada, handling volume hiring needs of around 3,000 hires per year on average, with growth expected as launches expand. The role manages the full recruitment process and delivers a world-class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for open positions within the scope, including sourcing, screening, assessment and selection
• Share talent and market intelligence reports with stakeholders and build an effective hiring strategy
• Lead the hiring agenda for assigned positions, improving hire quality, time to hire and candidate experience
• Work with local business HR and TA partners, talent management, communication and procurement, and join the global TA network
• Monitor TA SLAs, KPIs and the ROI of technology and attraction strategies
• Build trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and support the creation of a hub-relevant employee value proposition
• Work with the country talent management team and use a data-driven approach to show ROI
• Drive a strong talent assessment process and maintain data compliance across TA systems (Workday, job boards, social media)
• Provide hiring status reports and share best practices and market insights

Required profile

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent
• Experience working with a global centre of excellence and driving standardisation across multiple locations
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems
