Patient Coordinator – Call Center Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a strong focus on Call Center Operations to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely updates, support, and guidance throughout their prescription journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support to patients, medical offices, and the pharmacy team, managing Call Center operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound patient calls and manage daily Call Center activities.
• Handle copay negotiation calls, explain balances, and discuss payment options.
• Update patients on prescription status, authorizations, and next steps.
• Escalate clinical, billing, or operational issues to internal teams as needed.
• Document all calls and patient interactions accurately in the system.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required).
• Previous experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, Patient Support, or Healthcare Coordination role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
