Payroll Business Analyst

About the role

The Payroll Business Analyst will join the Global Human Resources Technology team to design, develop, and implement scalable payroll, time, attendance, and compensation solutions. The role works closely with developers, solutions architects, and business partners worldwide to deliver value and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑focused culture and deepen client relationships across the bank.
• Resolve complex HR and technology problems by designing methodologies, models, and system solutions, including rapid prototyping.
• Conduct research, define user requirements, and reengineer HR business process workflows.
• Manage multiple small HR technology projects or sections of larger initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure project deliverables meet HR business requirements and improve employee experience.
• Review and contribute to QA test strategies, analyze defects, and clarify business and technical specifications.
• Participate in system implementation activities such as defining requirements, developing test cases, and creating conversion strategies.
