People Partner (HRBP) – Colombia

About the role

Clara, the leading spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a People Partner to shape the people strategy for its Global Product, Design, and local Sales teams in Colombia. You will act as a strategic bridge between business goals and employee success, driving talent attraction, retention, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and design integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for Product, Design, and Sales, ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.
• Provide consultative support to managers on people management best practices, performance metrics, and feedback.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that reflect Clara’s fast‑paced culture.
• Manage HR performance indicators and People Analytics using BambooHR and other tools to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Participate in organizational development projects to improve employee experience and foster inclusion.

Required profile

• 8+ years in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles supporting Sales, Product, or Engineering teams.
• Proven success in fast‑growth, startup or scale‑up environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent English and strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative mindset.
