People Partner (HRBP) - Colombia

About the role

Clara, a Latin American payments platform, is looking for a People Partner (HRBP) to lead the people strategy for its Product, Design and Fraud Global team and the local GTM team. The role acts as a strategic bridge between business goals and people's success, balancing organizational development with hands-on talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define talent needs and design integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from profile definition to final offer, with a strong candidate experience.
• Support managers and team leaders with people management best practices, performance metrics and feedback.
• Build and run employer branding strategies to attract local talent.
• Track HR performance indicators and people analytics via BambooHR and other tools.
• Take part in organizational development projects focused on employee experience and inclusion.
• Stay up to date with Colombian and LatAm market trends to improve talent attraction and people operations.

Required profile

• 8+ years in People Partner, HRBP or Talent Acquisition roles supporting Sales and Product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle for Engineering and Data roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups or high-growth tech.
• Fluent English; Spanish and Portuguese are spoken daily.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
• Analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
• Nice to have: employer branding experience, independent analysis with spreadsheets, SQL or Python, and interest in AI tools.
