Platform Infrastructure Engineer (Client Services)

About the role

As a Platform Infrastructure Engineer on the Client Services team, you will design, build, and support systems that manage and secure company‑owned devices across a hybrid‑cloud environment. You will work remotely from Colombia on an indefinite‑term contract, collaborating in sprint‑based cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and support IT systems within a hybrid‑cloud architecture, ensuring secure and reliable Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Plan and execute projects, develop best practices, and document solutions within a weekly sprint framework.
• Safeguard system security, support compliance initiatives, and gather evidence for certification audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root‑cause analyses, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Serve as an escalation point for system and user requests, creating training materials and conducting sessions as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Systems Administrator in a Windows environment.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint at enterprise scale.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑service orientation.
