Portuguese (BR) Trainer - iGaming

About the role

A growing iGaming team in Bogotá is looking for a Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese) Trainer to shape the success of its customer support teams. The role involves delivering training in Brazilian Portuguese on iGaming services and procedures, with a shift-based schedule to support 24/7 business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions in Brazilian Portuguese so new and existing team members understand iGaming services and procedures.
• Design, update and maintain training materials on products, compliance, customer service protocols and internal tools.
• Facilitate ongoing learning on games, player engagement, promotions, payments and industry best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics and knowledge checks, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service quality and operational standards.
• Work with management and operations to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions aligned with business goals.
• Keep content current and compliant with iGaming trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Native-level or fluent Brazilian Portuguese, with clear written and verbal communication; English fluency required for internal collaboration.
• Proven experience in training, coaching or mentoring within customer service, contact centres or the iGaming industry.
• Strong presentation skills, able to run classroom and virtual sessions.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends or evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Comfort adapting to new technology platforms.
